INGREDIENTS
1lb. Package of large
Marativa Blue Shrimp
1 cup of lemongrass
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp of ginger
2 jalapeños
1/2 Onion
1/2 cup of Basil
1/2 cup of Cilantro
1/2 tsp of Cumin
1/2 tsp of Black pepper
1/2 tsp of Cilantro seeds
3 tbsp of Fish sauce (Nam pla)
2 cups of unsweetened
coconut milk
1 package of wooden skewers
DIRECTIONS
1.Toast all the spices in a hot pan.
2.Put spices, herbs, garlic, onion, jalapeños and ginger
in the food processor and mix for 30 seconds.
3.Sauté the previous mix in a hot skillet with oil, add the
coconut cream and the fish sauce.
4.Cook for 15 minutes.
5.Season the shrimp and thread onto the skewers.
6.Grill in a very hot skillet with a bit of oil.
7.Serve with the Thai coconut curry.
