INGREDIENTS
1 package of fettuccine
1 cup of White wine
2 cups of heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 rosemary stem
1 thyme stem
DIRECTIONS
1. Peel and clean the shrimp, save the shells.
2.Sautée the onion and the garlic in 1 tsp of olive oíl and 1 tbsp of butter. Add the shrimp shells and sautée as well.
2. Pour in the wine and reduce.
3. Meanwhile cook the pasta as indicated on the package instructions.
4. Add the heavy cream, rosemary, thyme and simmer until is reduced and has thicker consistency. Season.
5. Sear the shrimp in the olive oíl and butter that is left and season.
6. Pass the sauce through a strainer.
7. Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve with the shrimp on top.
