SHRIMP TACOS WITH MANGO PICO DE GALLO

INGREDIENTS

U15 Marativa shrimp

1 Pack of corn tortillas 

1 mango

1 avocado

1/2 red onion (chopped) 

1 tsp Cilantro (chopped) 

2 garlic clove (chopped) 

1 Serrano (deveined, deseeded and chopped) 

4 limes

1 tsp Chili flakes

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Peel the shrimp and clean the shrimp. 

2. Marinate  with garlic, Chili flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper. 

3. Cut the mango in small clubes, mix with the red onion, Serrano, cilantro and the juice of 3 limes. Season.

4. Heat a skillet with the butter and sear the shrimp. 

5. In another skillet heat up the Tortillas. 

6. Asemble the tacos with the shrimp, mango pico de gallo and Cilantro on top. Serve with avocado and lime on the side.
